We value our customers and strive to provide them with the support and services that they demand.  Complete training in all phases of the system, including the report designer, is provided upon installation.  Continuing support after the initial training is completed is provided via telephone, fax, e-mail, internet, remote and site visits.





We have several different support options from which to choose.  MemberTrack is backed by an unconditional one-year warranty after installation, which includes telephone, e-mail, remote and fax support.  You can access additional support after the warranty period in one of two ways:



Per Incident:  E-Mail, Fax and Telephone support is offered at $95.00 per incident. 
CSI provides a toll-free number for technical support, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.  Calls received outside of these hours will be answered at the start of the next business day.  Our support fax line is (888) 537-5570.


Support Contracts:  CSI offers monthly, quarterly, or yearly support contracts based on the configuration of your MemberTrack system and the number of components installed.  These contracts will allow customers unlimited telephone, e-mail and fax support, in addition to free product updates and enhancements for the length of the contract.  Please contact CSI at support@membertrack2000.com for additional information regarding maintenance contracts.
