bulletIs MemberTrack '05 customizable?
Yes!  Every component of MemberTrack '05 is customized according to your organization's unique requirements.  You will never be forced to use a "one-size-fits-all" system that doesn't work for your office.
 
bulletAre the MemberTrack '05 standard features also customizable?
Certainly!  All of the components in the MemberTrack '05 system - standard, fund and union - are completely customized based on your requirements.
 
bulletDo I have to purchase all of the components listed on your Fund and Union Administration System pages?
No, you select only those components that are relevant to your organization.  As your needs change or as benefits are added by your Trustees, customized components may be added to the MemberTrack '05 system for an additional cost.  All systems come with the standard features listed.
 
bulletAre maintenance contracts required?
No, although they are strongly recommended because they are the most economical way to get the best support for your dollar.  Customers can choose a per-incident or a monthly support contract.  For more information, please contact us at (800) 668-4149 or e-mail us at support@membertrack2000.com.
 
bulletHow can I set up a demonstration of MemberTrack '05 so that my office personnel can see how the system works?
 Simply call us at (800) 668-4149 or complete our request form and we will contact you to set up an on-site demonstration of the system.
 
bulletHow much does MemberTrack '05 cost?
CSI will provide you with a formal proposal after an in-depth study of your system requirements.  The proposal will outline all one-time and recurring costs for the customized MemberTrack '05 system, other software that you may require, and hardware upgrade costs if desired.  Since MemberTrack '05 is fully customized, it is not possible to provide costs for the system here.  However, you'll find that the MemberTrack '05 system is surprisingly affordable, and the costs will be justified through your increased productivity and superior service to your members!
